The staff are polite and motivated people. the customer service from the staffs is excellent. - the breakfast is great. - the location is wonderful, near the train line, Southbank, hipster West End, and the arts precinct/museum.

The venue was set in the very central position very close to transport, eateries and the cultural precinct, and good local restaurants. Btw, it was relatively near an acclaimed museum.

This place was really nice and super clean which was great! the wi-fi worked well and the location was awesome - close to everything you need. the service was good overall, but a couple of staff members weren't very helpful 🤷‍♂️.
